Business Development Manager


  • To develop new market or business opportunities
  • To develop contacts and maintain good relationships with Clients (existing and future prospective/potential) through respective functions or responsible contacts
  • To acquire new clients by performing cold call, attending networking session, direct connections etc
  • To liaise with the Country Head and Research Head in preparing company’s presentation materials (brochures, leaflets / flyers for marketing and campaign activities to prospective Clients)
  • To conduct review and analysis about losing clients and report it to the Management
  • To perform the front liner function and represent the company to the Client and relevant parties (i.e. in the project negotiation phase)


  • Female/Male, maximum 40 years old
  • Min. bachelors degree qualification from reputable university (local or overseas)
  • At least 4 years of experience in market research companies (Other desired industry experiences: technology company, financial services, government or start up with B2B selling position)
  • Proficiency in English (Business)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate an ability to identify business opportunities
  • Ability to negotiate and great presentation skill
